Our Story
CPR was founded in 2025 by a group of doctors, lawyers, and advocates who witnessed first-hand the neglect, abuse, and systemic failures facing healthcare workers in Malawi. Motivated by personal experiences and a desire to drive structural reform, CPR was established to be a voice for healthcare workers and a catalyst for policy change.
Our Mission
To champion health and legal reforms that protect healthcare workers, promote access to justice, and strengthen Malawi’s health systems through research, advocacy, and innovation.
Our Vision
A Malawi where healthcare workers are protected, communities are empowered, and health systems are guided by equity, integrity, and justice.
