Center for Policy and Reform in Health and Law
The human right to the highest attainable standard of health, and health and justice for all

A court file when a workshop will not do.

CPR litigates health and legal reform where the statute, the clinic, or a health worker is left exposed. What appears here is only what can be said in public.

Current matters, completed matters, amicus interventions, and case notes will be listed as they are cleared. CPR will not publish live litigation strategy, unredacted pleadings, or anything that could harm a client or a case.

That restraint is the point of a health-and-law centre. The staff portal is where the operational file lives. The website is the public record after the fact — judgments, case notes, and statements.

Current matters

Published only with a short, approved description.

Completed matters

Judgments and case notes, once they can be stood behind.

Amicus curiae

Interventions where CPR research is the contribution.

Legal resources

Selected authorities and CPR notes for researchers.

Instructing CPR

Public-interest intake is a conversation with the Executive Director. Do not send privileged papers through the website form until CPR has confirmed it can act.
