The Centre for Policy and Reform in Health and Law (CPR) has vowed to continue supporting the delivery of health care services in the country.

The organisation’s Executive Director, Counsel Phillip Junior Mpesi, said this after donating various medical equipment to Malavi Health Centre in Chiradzulu District.

“Access to quality healthcare begins with access to basic and functional medical equipment. As CPR, we believe that strengthening health facilities at community level is a practical step toward safeguarding the right to health. We sincerely thank all our well-wishers and donors whose continued support makes initiatives like this possible,” he said.

Nurse in charge at Malavi Health Centre, Mary Chideya, expressed gratitude for the support, noting that the equipment will significantly enhance their ability to provide efficient and accurate medical care to patients, especially pregnant women and under-five children.

The donated items include weighing scales, blood pressure machines and other essential medical tools aimed at improving the lives of women and children accessing the health centre.
